got I used mostly for mobile phones contract extension for next to nothing, that is highly subsidized (yes now bei allen Anbietern abgeschafft).
Und dann bestell ich 2 Partnerkarten, die Ihr zuerst noch teurer abrechnet als ausgemacht. Gut, ich bekam wie oft die Gutschrift. Wobei man auf die auch mal 2 Monate warten musste, und ihr jetzt nicht mal ein, zwei Wochen auf den Rechnungsausgleich ?
Dann kriegt ihr es nicht hin, mir meine Rechnungen Online zur Verfühgung zu stellen, die ich vor langem auf Online umgestellt habe, weil euch das lieber ist und mich nicht 5 Euro oder so extra kostete.
Dann zieh ich um. Lass mich zuvor an der Hotline beraten. Aussage: Dort gibt es besseres Netz. Das Mobile Internet (über UMTS) geht sogar noch schneller. Freu ich mich gleich wieder über euch, damals yet.
